Program Overview

Women’s leadership development is an important part of an organization’s approach to building diverse leadership teams, and a key factor in supporting transformational change. Diversity of ideas and approaches is essential in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in public organizations, in entrepreneurial initiatives and in the competitive global market, especially in uncertain times and environments.

Core Content

The program consists of three interactive days including seminars, group discussions and co-coaching covering contemporary thinking on women leadership, personal development, and entrepreneurial thought and action. There will be a focus on enhancing self-awareness in terms of leadership and relational styles in order to maximize effectiveness in current and future work roles. Participants will share and explore their own live leadership issues and develop action plans to increase personal impact and influence.
