كليتنا ورؤية 2030

تستلهم كلية الأمير محمد بن سلمان للإدارة وريادة الأعمال من رؤية 2030 وأهدافها المتمثلة في زيادة الأنشطة الريادية، وإيجاد بيئة حاضنة ومؤاتية لريادة الأعمال في المملكة العربية السعودية. لذا فإن كلية الأمير محمد بن سلمان هي شريكٌ ملتزمٌ ونشِط مع حكومة المملكة من أجل تحقيق رؤية 2030، من خلال توفير تعليمٍ عالمي المستوى يعتمد على أحدث المنهجيات والتقنيات التعليمية والمتسقة مع الواقع المحلي للمملكة.تعد كلية الأمير محمد بن سلمان للإدارة وريادة الأعمال خطوة حيوية نحو إنشاء وتطوير منظومةٍ بيئية لريادة الأعمال داخل المملكة العربية السعودية، بما يتوافق مع رؤية صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان وطموحه في خلق فرص للتنمية الفكرية لجميع المواطنين السعوديين، إذ تعدّ ريادة الأعمال أحد العناصر الرّئيسة لرؤية 2030، وتتجسّد مهمة الكلية في إعداد القادة الرياديين القادرين تقديم أفكار مبتكرة، مع القدرة على استغلال الفرص المتاحة في الاقتصاد السعودي.

MBSC is a vital step towards creating and developing entrepreneurial eco-systems within Saudi Arabia that support HRH Prince Mohammed Bin Salman’s vision and aspiration to create opportunities for the intellectual development of all Saudi citizens. Entrepreneurship is a key component of Vision 2030, and the development of entrepreneurial leaders able to take advantage of the new economic realities of the kingdom is the mission of the College.

• تقدّم الكلية أفضل المناهج العالميّة، لتوفير تجربة تعليميّة فريدة تلبّي احتياجات الشّباب السعودي، إذ تسعى إلى إطلاق المواهب الكامنة لطلابها وتطويرها ليصبحوا أفراداُ منافسين عالمياً، ويساهمون في تعزيز المكانة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية للمملكة العربية السعودية.
• ستساهم الكلية في تجسير الفجوة ما بين مخرجات التّعليم واحتياجات سوق العمل من خلال توفير تعليم تجريبي يقوم على المعرفة العمليّة المباشرة. حيث يحظى خريجونا بتدريبٍ مكثفٍ على مهارات العمل التي تُطبّق منذ يومهم الأول في الوظيفة، وتساعدهم في التكيّف مع الظروف والمواقف التي يُمكن التنبؤ بحدوثها.
• ستكون الكلية همزة الوصل الحافلة بالفرص من خلال الربط ما بين المجتمعات التي تدور في فلك الريادة، ورواد الأعمال، والمستثمرين، ومجموعة واسعة ومتنوّعة من الوكالات العالميّة والمحليّة المهتمّة بالابتكار الريادي وروّاد الأعمال وأفكارهم. كما تعمل الكلية على ربط الطلبة والمتخصّصين في مجالات العمل بالتغييرات التي تطرأ على تقنية المعلومات، والاقتصاد الدولي، ونماذج الأعمال الجديدة، والصّناعات النّاشئة، وإعداد جيل من الرّياديين المجهزين بكافّة المهارات؛ لتحقيق النّجاح في بيئة الأعمال المتغيّرة في المستقبل بالتعاون مع بابسون جلوبال.
• ستساهم الكلية في إنشاء وإنماء الشّركات الصّغيرة والمتوسّطة عبر تقديم الدعم لرواد الأعمال المحليين من خلال برامجها التعليميّة الفريدة ومراكز التميّز.
• تصُمّم كل جانب من جوانب الكلية للوفاء بمعايير الجودة الصّارمة، وذلك بهدف حصد الاعتمادات الدولية من كلٍ من: جمعية نيو إنجلاند للمدارس والكليات وجمعية تطوير كليات إدارة الأعمال، بالإضافة إلى معايير الاعتماد المحلية للهيئة الوطنية للتقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي.
• تقدم الكلية أفضل المناهج التعليمية الحديثة المتوافقة مع كلية ريادة الأعمال الأولى في العالم، مما يجعله أفضل تعليمٍ عالميّ يُتاح محلياً.

Prince Mohammad Bin Salman College is inspired by Vision 2030 and its goal to increase entrepreneurial activities and ecosystems in the Kingdom.  MBSC is a committed and active partner with the government of Saudi Arabia in the realization of Vision 2030 by providing world-class education that is based on the latest pedagogical methodologies and techniques, adapted to the local reality of the Kingdom.

• MBSC will contribute towards the growth and establishment of SME(s) by supporting local entrepreneurs through its unique educational programs and centers of excellence.
• Every aspect of MBSC is designed to meet stringent quality standards with the goal of meeting international accreditation standards of both NEASC and AACSB as well as local accreditation standards of NCAAA. The purpose of MBSC is to advance Saudi education towards global standards allowing the College to compete on a global scale with at least the Top 200 universities worldwide.
