Q. How did your experience at MBSC contribute to your career and professional growth:
A. I define myself as an employed entrepreneur, prior to joining MBSC I had a struggle with jumping up the ladder of my career while at the same time maintaining the success of my businesses. Post my MBA I have cultivated an entrepreneurial mindset that helped me navigating much better in the corporate environment while having a successful startup running autonomously. I have evolved in my career by joining a leading entity and one of the main pillars for vision 2030 as VRP, DARP. I started as a consultant leveraging most of the learnings acquired in the fields of economics, strategy, and management during my MBA, and recently I got promoted to serve as a special projects senior director leader. I am grateful for the opportunity of making a profound impact on my nation towards a brighter future.

Q. How did your experience at MBSC contribute to your career and professional growth?
A. My time at MBSC helped develop my business skills and my professional network that enabled me to grow and scale my tourism business serving private and corporate clients. As an early start up in the growing tourism sector, I was able to overcome challenges and develop solutions through working closely with the public sector to amend policies and regulations that reduced barriers for entrepreneurs to invest in tourism becoming the first to issue an “entrepreneurial investment license” in the tourism sector, in addition to working extensively with the Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Culture to create new offerings that are aligned with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision for tourism.
