Senior Director of Global Investment Finance, Public Investment Fund (PIF)
Rashed Alsuqair is a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in investment, banking, and government roles, currently serving as a Senior Director at Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) a role he has held since August 2021, he is deeply involved in national economic transformation initiatives. His extensive experience at PIF, spanning over four years, includes previous roles as Director and Senior Vice President, along with serving on the Audit Committee for a confidential PIF company. Beyond PIF, he demonstrates significant governance expertise, holding a position on the Audit Committee for Paper Home Company since 2021 and a long-standing Partner role at aDawliah Electronics since 2006. He has a Master of Science in Management from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University.
His background also includes impactful public service at the Ministry of Finance, Saudi Arabia, where he contributed as an Initiative Manager for the National Debt Management Center and a Financial Advisor for the Fiscal Balance Program. Early in his career, he gained valuable experience as a Banking Supervisor and Analyst at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), in business development at Amlak Projects Limited, and as an Analyst at TASNEE. He also completed an internship in Wealth Management at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, showcasing his diverse financial exposure.
