Enas is an experienced strategist with over 15 years of experience driving institutional excellence,
strategic growth, and operational maturity within higher education. In her dual executive capacity at
Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College (MBS College), she serves as the critical link between
strategic governance and enterprise-wide execution. As Chief of Staff, she is a proven architect of
institutional success, marked by successfully securing institutional accreditation from NCAAA in
2024 and leading the School’s eligibility for AACSB International business school accreditation. Enas
cultivated a culture of fairness and trust by streamlining core processes, resulting in a documented
90% gain in operational efficiency. Furthermore, she introduced a new revenue-generating concept
that positively impacted the School’s finances, led the task force for the Financial Times Ranking
Plan, and secured the School’s official License from the Ministry of Education. She is also recognized
for her talent in building and guiding high-performing cross-functional teams, ensuring institutional
alignment with strategic objectives.
In her capacity as Secretary General of the MBSC Board of Trustees, Enas manages high-level
governance and critical communications. She successfully formed the new School’s Board of
Trustees and provides ongoing executive-level support for its operations. She has delivered critical
reports and presentations to high-level stakeholders, securing essential support for major future
initiatives, and produced the School’s annual performance report, offering data-driven insights into
institutional effectiveness. Additionally, she developed a comprehensive historical overview of the
College to inform strategic decision-making.
Enas holds a Master of Business Administration from Dar Al-Hekma University and an Advanced
Certificate in Quality from Cardiff Metropolitan University. She is proficient in strategic planning,
quality assurance, complex project management, and executive communication. Her exceptional
impact has been formally recognized with the MBSC Dean’s Special Award (2023) and the Annual
Performance Award for Senior Administrative Staff Outstanding (2018-2019) at Dar Al-Hekma
