All Master in Management applicants do not require work experience.
You should request recommendations from two individuals who can speak to your academic potential, ambition, and intellectual abilities. The most valuable references are those who can also attest to your professional and leadership skills, such as a former professor or employer. If you are currently employed, we recommend that one of your recommenders be your direct supervisor.
As part of your online application, you’ll be asked to provide contact information for your referees. They will receive an email invitation to submit their recommendation.
You are required to submit two recommendations: one must be from your direct supervisor, and the other from a respected and influential member of your professional or academic network.
