Hussein Attar is the CEO of Tech Invest Com, a PE/VC investment firm that was established with 1Bn SAR to invest in regional early-stage tech startups. 

Prior to that, he co-founded Sawerly, a leading photographer booking platform in the MENA region that was considered one of the top 50 Arab startups by Forbes middle east in 2015. He was also the CEO of Attar Software Engineer, a leading ICT provider in Saudi. 

Hussein is currently the board member of several tech startups and private companies in the region, and is an investment committee member of two of the largest angel investment groups in the region, Oqal Angel Investors and Falak Angels.   

Hussein received both his bachelor of computer science and masters in management engineering from University of Waterloo. He recently graduated from ESADE, part of the MISK 2030 Leaders.
